My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I draw from various therapeutic techniques and theories to create a personalised experience for you. This allows me to adapt our sessions to your individual needs, ensuring we address your unique challenges in the most effective way possible.

Supporting you through life's challenges

I find deep satisfaction in supporting people navigating bereavement, those living with a terminal diagnosis, or those close to someone facing end of life. Bereavement comes in many forms, and I work with individuals experiencing all kinds of loss and change. I also have extensive experience in supporting people with anxiety, depression, workplace stress, self-esteem, body image, relationship issues, and challenges around self-acceptance or self-compassion.
